This policy explains what personal information toggy collects, how we use it and who we share it with. In this policy, "we", "us" and "toggy" mean [Loggy Co Pty Ltd, ABN 48 698 930 406], trading as toggy.
What we collect
Waitlist and email: your email address and, if you give it to us, your first name. If you join through a friend's referral link, we also record which link you used.
Orders: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number if you give one. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we don't see or store your card details.
Our website: like most websites, we may collect technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, using cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to run the waitlist and referral program, take and deliver your order, show you the log for your toggy, send you emails about toggy and its launch, and answer your questions. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use other companies to run toggy, and they receive the information they need to do their job:
- Shopify, to run our online store and process orders
- Our payment provider, to take payments
- Klaviyo, to send our emails
- Prefinery, to run our waitlist and referral program
- Delivery companies, to ship your order
Toggy product data is all hosted in Australia and its' privacy policy can be found here: https://log.toggy.co/privacy
Some of these companies are based outside Australia, including in the United States. By giving us your information you understand it may be stored or handled overseas.
Referrals
If you join through a friend's link, Prefinery records which link was used so your friend can be credited for inviting you. We use this only to run the referral reward.
Emails and unsubscribing
We only send you marketing emails if you've joined our list or bought from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing hello@toggy.au.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@toggy.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
